Everybody has some form of motivation.

For me, I need some rockin’ tunes to run on the treadmill (3-4 days a week, 1 hour, 4.60 miles, 5.3 mph, weight-loss program.)

Without this playlist (and God’s grace), I wouldn’t make it.

Just couldn’t.

I wonder how this playlist will do on the beach?*

And if for whatever reason, the music peters out, rest assured, Kitty will motivate me. Who needs a human trainer?!…
